Adobe Creative Cloud

Beginning the week of June 15, 2026, Adobe access for RCCD employees will be updated due to a new Adobe licensing agreement. After this change, you may notice changes in which Adobe applications and services appear in your Adobe work account.

Important: No Change to Adobe Acrobat Pro

There will be no change to your access to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which remains available for all employees. You will continue to be able to complete common PDF work such as editing PDFs, combining and organizing pages, adding comments/markups, filling and signing documents, and protecting PDFs.

What’s Changing

To align with the updated agreement, Adobe access for employees is being streamlined so that everyone continues to have core tools available by default, with additional Creative Cloud applications available when needed for specific job duties.

What You’ll Continue to Have Access To

All employees will continue to have access to:

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop and web features)
  • Adobe Express and related content-creation features available within Express
  • Photoshop Express
  • Included services such as Adobe Fonts and Adobe Portfolio, plus common PDF services available through Acrobat on the web
  • Mobile access (including tools like Adobe Scan) by signing in with your Company or School Account

What You Might Notice

After the change, the list of Creative Cloud apps and services visible in your Adobe work account may look different. Acrobat Pro access

remains the same for all employees. If you don’t see an app you use for your job duties, you can request additional Creative Cloud apps

through the process outlined in the knowledgebase article linked below.

How to Check What You Have Access To

  1. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app or launch
  2. Sign in using your employee email address and select Company or School Account if prompted.
  3. Review which apps and services are available to you.
